患者，女，34岁。4年前因左颈前无痛性肿块就诊。肿块生长较慢，随吞咽上下移动，无发热，食欲亢进。心悸，畏热等症。以左侧甲状腺瘤为诊断入院，予以手术摘除，术后病理诊断为甲状腺胶作瘤。2年前颈前偏右侧又发现一肿块，较前者略大，呈囊性，来院行同样手术摘除，术后病理 Patient, female, 34 years old. Four years ago, she presented with a painless mass before the left neck. The lumps grow slowly and move up and down with swallowing, without fever and loss of appetite. Heart palpitations, fear of heat embolism. The left thyroid tumor was diagnosed and admitted to the hospital. The operation was removed and the pathological diagnosis was thyroid gum. Two years ago, a lump was found on the right side of the neck, slightly larger than the former, and it was cystic. The same surgery was performed to remove the disease. Postoperative pathology
