近代水轮机和水泵水轮机日益朝高水头、大容量方向发展,为此,东芝公司设计并制造了世界最高水头的切尔拉电站水泵水轮机,日本最大容量的今市蓄能电站水泵水轮机,以及南斯拉夫维舍格勒电站的卡卜兰式水轮机等。 为确保高性能、高可靠性及维护的简易性,本文对高水头、大容量机组主体结构设计上的特点,重要部件(如转轮)的疲劳强度设计,藉助于计算机的流态分析和损失分析等作一介绍。
