在改革开放和国际环境相对稳定的形势下,怎样把企业国防教育纳入职工教育?怎样切实搞好企业国防教育?从近几年远洋企业的国防教育实践看,我认为,企业国防教育应立足行业特点,健全教育机制,从领导干部抓起,走一条社会化、制度化、规范化的路子,并逐步形成得力的组织领导网络,健全的制度保障,系统的教材,专职的教员队伍和固定的教育阵地等,这对搞好企业国防教育是至关重要的。
