柴油机喷油泵调速弹簧(见图),使用φ2.8及φ3.2mm钢丝卷制而成,热处理后硬度为HRC46～50,两脚应在同一平面上,偏差不大于0.5mm,受力后张开60+5°,去除应力后仍应保持在同一平面上,不得有永久变形。弹簧原选用Ⅱ。组弹簧钢丝制造,通过400小时耐久试验后,调速弹簧两脚已经严重叉开,不能使用。后改用50CrV钢(YB248-64),由于钢中含铬能提高淬透性并且可降低锰引起过热的敏感性,铬溶于铁素体中使弹性极限升高。钒可以细化组织,减少过热敏感性,提高钢的强度和冲击韧性。
