9月5日,东方明珠旗下百视通网络电视技术发展有限责任公司与山西广播电视传媒(集团)有限责任公司签订《战略合作框架协议》,以新媒体业务联合项目组的工作形式全面启动山西地区新媒体业务,在IPTV、互联网电视、手机电视、NGB、互联网视频、电视购物等领域展开多样性合作。
