一台超导高梯度磁分离装置在科学院电工所建成并投入了运行。该装置分选室口径达80mm,有效分选长度为400mm,磁体采用直径0.75mm 和0.5mm 的两种 NbTi 复合超导线密绕而成,用石蜡充填。实验证明,磁体可在5T 运行,磁体杜瓦具有较好的绝热性能。在湿法分选中,有两种供料系统可供采用,一种是向上馈给系统,另一种是向下馈给系统,处理流量和流速可连续调节。高岭土提纯和高硫煤脱硫的样品试验的初始结果表明该装置具有较好的性能。
A superconducting high-gradient magnetic separator was built and put into operation at the Academy of Electrical Engineering. The device sorting chamber diameter of 80mm, the effective separation length of 400mm, the magnet diameter of 0.75mm and 0.5mm using two NbTi composite superconducting wire close-wound, filled with paraffin. Experiments show that the magnet can be 5T operation, the magnet Dewar has better thermal insulation properties. There are two types of feed systems available for wet sorting, one fed up to the system and the other fed down to the system to handle flow and flow rates continuously. The initial results of the sample tests on kaolin purification and high-sulfur coal desulfurization show that the device has good performance.
