通过对薄壁铝合金低压铸造的工艺进行分析,研究了充型过程中压力控制的要求。根据充型过程中压力控制的要求制定了控制系统的整体方案,设计了以C8051F340单片机为控制器的硬件系统,搭载以改进的PID算法为核心的软件系统,对充型压力值进行实时的监测与调控。通过仿真实验表明:所设计的压力控制系统,能对充型时铝合金的液面压力进行快速、准确的控制。
Through the analysis of low-pressure casting technology of thin-walled aluminum alloy, the requirements of pressure control in filling process were studied. According to the requirement of pressure control in filling process, the overall scheme of control system is developed. The hardware system with C8051F340 as the controller is designed. The software system with the improved PID algorithm as the core is designed to monitor the filling pressure in real time With regulation. The simulation results show that the designed pressure control system can control the liquid surface pressure of the aluminum alloy quickly and accurately when filling.
