目的探讨经鼻间歇正压通气(NIPPV)辅助治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法将62例呼吸衰竭患者,随机分成2组,治疗组经鼻间歇正压通气(NIPPV);对照组经鼻持续正压通气(NCPAP)。结果经鼻间歇正压辅助呼吸组治疗时间明显缩短;机械通气率减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。pH、PaO2、PaCO2、PaO2/FiO2,2h内比较差异均无统计学意义;24h后比较差异均有统计学意义。结论经鼻间歇正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭有较好疗效及安全性,减少呼吸衰竭气管插管机械通气率。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) adjuvant treatment of neonatal respiratory failure. Methods Sixty - two patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV) and the control group received nasal continuous positive pressure ventilation (NCPAP). Results The nasal intermittent positive pressure assisted breathing group was significantly shorter treatment time; mechanical ventilation rate decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in pH, PaO2, PaCO2, PaO2 / FiO2 within 2 hours and 2 hours, respectively. There was significant difference after 24h. Conclusion Nasal intermittent positive pressure ventilation for neonatal respiratory failure has better curative effect and safety, reducing the mechanical ventilation rate of endotracheal intubation for respiratory failure.
