为了分析判断某变速箱壳体的性能,以该型号汽车变速箱壳体为研究对象,采用实验模态分析技术的研究方法,对变速箱的壳体与成品进行实验模态分析,提取该变速箱壳体与成品的实验模态参数,实验结果表明,在1 500 Hz以下,空壳变速箱与成品变速箱各阶模态振型相互对应,模态频率在一定频带范围内有着较小的变化,成品变速箱模态的阻尼比要大于空壳变速箱的阻尼比,这为后续变速箱壳体的研究提出修改建议提供重要的技术支持。
