氨直接膨胀供液,因难于控制合适的供液量及节流膨胀产生的闪发气体随着液体制冷剂一起进入蒸发器,降低了蒸发器的制冷效果,故仅用于单独的冷却设备或小型冷库的制冷系统。1979年,我们在对盐城水果冷库(500吨)的氨直供系统进行更动时,对原供液方式作了改进,经二年多的运行实践表明,改进后的流程操作简单,制冷效果较好。图一为原设计安装流程,图二为改动部分。
