1分层深松铲简介深松铲是安装在深松机等机具上对土壤进行不翻动的深松作业部件,该部件作业是以疏松耕层底部土壤为目的的旱田耕地作业。该种作业有利于蓄水保墒,促进植物生长。但现在所使用的深松铲都是往前探出的单个铲尖,当一次深松到底部耕层、打破犁底层时,深松作业深度应在30～40cm,作业时一次所切的土垡很厚,深松铲受到的阻力很大,向上挤压土层的力也很大,容易在地表形成大的土块,造成隆起、跑墒等问题。为此,笔者开展了分层深松铲的研究,如图1,在一个深松铲柄上设计出上、下层铲尖。
1 Layered Deep Shovel Description Deep Shovel is a deep loose shovel that is installed on deep-loosening machines and other implements to turn the soil without turning. The work of the shovel is to dry farmland for the purpose of loosening the soil at the bottom of the tillage. This kind of operation is conducive to water and soil moisture, promote plant growth. However, the deep-shovel shovel used now is a single shovel pointed forward. When a deep subsoiling to the bottom of the plow to break the bottom plow, deep pine operation depth should be 30 ~ 40cm, once the operation of the soil cut垡 very thick, deeply loose shovel resistance is great, the upward pressure on the soil is also very large, easy to form a large clods on the surface, causing uplift, running moisture and other issues. To this end, I conducted a study of layered deep shovel, shown in Figure 1, in a deep shovel shovel designed on the lower shovel.
