我国高速公路建设起步较晚,高速公路不断建成投入运营,近年来发展相当迅速,但国高速公路养护管理体制,使其最大程度地发挥安全、舒适、快捷、高效地性能,是摆在高速公路管理部门面前的新课题,因此,要基于当前现状,提出高速公路养护管理基于高速公路养护管理的建议,并切实落实施,才能适应高速公路事业高速发展的需要。 China’s expressway construction started later, and the expressway has been put into operation continuously.
