本实验观察在连续培养中的恶性疟原虫对甲氟喹的敏感性。所使用的恶性疟原虫是1979年在泰国分离出的FCK品系,用Jen-sen及Trager的方法进行体外连续培养。培养基为RPMI 1640,加进了适量的碳酸氢钠和用热灭活(56℃,30分钟)的O型人血清。所用的盐酸甲氟喹由世界卫生组织提供。测定恶性疟原虫对甲氟喹的治疗效应时,使用相同的带螺盖玻瓶,每瓶含有原虫感染率为0.3%的红细胞0.1ml和对照用的培养液0.9ml。第2天用含有甲氟喹的试验液
This experiment was to observe the sensitivity of Plasmodium falciparum to mefloquine in continuous culture. The Plasmodium falciparum used was a FCK strain isolated in Thailand in 1979 and cultured in vitro using the Jensen and Trager methods.
