报告以胸锁乳突肌为蒂的锁骨复合的即刻重建下颌骨缺损１３例，并作了长期追踪（１１月～７年）。除首例因术后感染至部分移植的锁骨外端吸收外，余１２例均获成功（其中６例还同时携带该肌肌皮瓣修复了相应部位的软组织缺损，亦全部成活）。锁骨瓣自带可靠血供，移植后仍保持活力，并参与骨修复，具有愈合迅速、抗感染力强、不畏吸收，基本保持原有形态和体积，因而术后可获得满意的外形和功能。若伴有口腔衬里或面部皮肤缺损时，还可携带该肌肌皮瓣，同期进行修复，因此，本法在口腔颌面部缺损的修复中，是一种较理想值得推荐的方法。
Thirteen cases of mandibular defects were reconstructed immediately with a sternocleidomastoid clavicle composite and were followed up for a long period of time (November to 7 years). In addition to the first case of postoperative infection to the partial clavicle transplantation, the remaining 12 cases were successful (6 of them also carry the myocutaneous flap to repair the corresponding parts of the soft tissue defect, also all survived). Clavicle flap comes with a reliable blood supply, remain viable after transplantation, and participate in bone repair, with rapid healing, strong anti-infective, fear of absorption, the basic maintenance of the original shape and volume, and thus can be satisfied with the shape and function . If accompanied by oral lining or facial skin defect, but also can carry the muscle myocutaneous flap, the same period for repair, therefore, this method in the repair of oral and maxillofacial defects, is a more ideal and recommended method.
