上流式浮罩沼气池自1990年推广以来,以其进出料方便、产气率较高、沼气压力恒定等优点深受广大沼气用户的欢迎,但也存在某些缺陷和不足。主要表现在它只能进流体性细质原料而不能进固体性粗质(秸杆草粪)原料,不能充分利用农村中大量的农作物秸杆。针对这一矛盾,笔者在多年的沼气推广实践中,对上流式浮罩沼气池的进料装置进行了革新改进,增设秸秆草粪酸化池,使秸秆草料与人畜粪尿先经酸化池预沤后,再进入厌氧发酵池发酵产气,取得了一定的效果。 一、秸杆草粪酸化池的结构 秸秆草粪酸化池位于进料管上部,做成长方形或椭圆形均可,容积为12立方米,其底部设置进料管与
