暴发性肝衰竭,一般是指大量肝细胞坏死或任何其他突然的原因引起严重的肝功能损害的一个临床综合征。临床上以肝性脑病、呼吸衰竭、肾功能衰竭、电解质平衡失调、出血倾向为其主要表现。本综合征一旦发生,治疗效果差,死亡率极高,病程一般两个月左右。临床表现急性肝衰竭可在1~2天内迅速发生昏迷。极度的乏力和厌食可能为疾病恶化的最早征象。情绪的改变、睡眠节律破坏、轻度嗜睡或警惕性降低,将认为是暴发性肝衰竭危急的信
