[目的]观察抗乳增片对乳腺增生模型大鼠脏器系数和乳腺组织ER、PR的影响。[方法]采用去卵巢加注射苯甲酸雌二醇的方法造成大鼠乳腺增生模型,给予不同剂量的抗乳增片治疗4周。动物处死后取脾、胸腺称重并计算脏器指数;采用免疫组化方法观察乳腺组织中雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的变化。[结果]模型组大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数较假手术组均降低,各用药组的2个脏器指数较模型组显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);模型组大鼠乳腺组织ER、PR较假手术组表达增强,与模型组相比,各药物治疗组大鼠乳腺组织ER和PR表达的积分值显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]抗乳增片对大鼠乳腺增生的治疗作用与其能够增强其免疫功能、降低乳腺组织ER、PR表达有关。
[Objective] To observe the effects of anti-milk-increment tablets on organ coefficient and ER, PR in mammary gland hyperplasia model rats. [Methods] Rat mammary hyperplasia model was induced by ovariectomy and injection of estradiol benzoate, and different doses of anti-mammo-epithelial tablets were given for 4 weeks. After the animals were sacrificed, the spleen and thymus were weighed and the organ index was calculated. The changes of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) in the breast tissue were observed by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The spleen index and thymus index of the model group rats were lower than those of the sham group. The two organ indexes of each drug group were significantly higher than those of the model group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the mammary gland tissue of the model group rats The expression of ER and PR was higher than that of sham group. Compared with the model group, the integral values of ER and PR expression in breast tissue of each drug treatment group were significantly reduced (P<0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion] The therapeutic effect of anti-mapidian tablet on hyperplasia of rat is related to its ability to enhance its immune function and reduce the expression of ER and PR in breast tissue.
