针对七台河矿区煤层倾角极大的赋存特点,提出控制液压支架稳定性急倾斜综采面安全高效开采的关键问题。通过分析伪斜工作面几何特征,确定工作面伪斜布置时的伪倾角及超前量,并对液压支架进行二次防倒防滑改造,使液压支架的各稳定性参数均在合理的控制范围之内。保证了急倾斜煤层综采面的安全高效开采,对整个七台河矿区类似煤层具有巨大的推广价值。
Aiming at the great occurrence characteristics of coal seam dip in Qitaihe mining area, the key issues for controlling the safe and efficient mining of steep inclined fully mechanized mining face with hydraulic support are proposed.
