液压传动中经常会遇到液压管路的漏油故障。究其原因,绝大多数是由于密封胶圈安装使用不当造成的。因此,如何正确使用和安装密封胶圈对提高密封装置的可靠性十分重要。 密封胶圈是利用其弹性起密封作用的,通常可分为静态密封和动态密封两种形式。在静态密封中,当密封胶圈装入密封槽后,其截面要受到一定的压缩变形。在无压力情况下,由于密封胶圈具有良好的弹性,对接触面产生一定的预接触压力。当密封腔充入压力油后,在压力的作用下,密封胶圈移至沟槽的一边,封闭了密封间隙,以确保密封部位无泄漏密封。在动态密封中,密封胶圈除了有上述静态密封的作用外,还在密封件与往复运动的轴之间形成一个坚固的边界油膜、起到密封作用。一般情况下,随着轴的往复次数的增多,阻留在外边的液体就会增多,最后形成油滴,从轴上落下,这种情况叫动态密封装置的正常泄漏。 在维护工作中,密封胶圈的正确安装方法如下: 1.安装胶圈前必须要严格按照有关的修理手册选择胶圈的尺寸,如果尺寸不对,就不能保证合适的压紧度。同时,要细致地检查胶圈的表面质量、只有判明其表面确无小孔、凸起、沟槽等缺
