本实验模拟自然养殖条件,对杂交鳢(斑鳢Channa maculata♀×乌鳢Channa argus♂)肌肉中的孔雀石绿(MG)及其代谢物隐色孔雀石绿(LMG)的残留及消除规律进行了研究。对池塘中初始体重为(200±10)g的杂交鳢进行质量浓度为200μg/L的MG药浴,药浴后于0.5、1、2、4、8、12、24、48、96、192、288、384、480、720、960、1 200、1 440、1 920、2 400、2 880、3 600、4 320、5 040和5 760 h取样,采用液相色谱串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定杂交鳢肌肉组织中MG和LMG的残留量。药浴0.5~96 h期间,MG和LMG在杂交鳢肌肉中的残留量不断波动式升高,分别达到(543.77±22.14)μg/kg和(220.51±7.93)μg/kg。MG从96 h之后呈现下降趋势,到1 920 h后MG残留量低于检测限0.5μg/kg。而LMG在288~480 h范围内的残留量基本维持在(73.72±4.85)~(70.33±9.27)μg/kg之间,1 920h时LMG的残留量急剧下降至(2.25±0.25)μg/kg,至5 040 h已低于检测限0.5μg/kg。结果表明,MG和LMG在杂交鳢体内的残留消除期远大于水体,且LMG比MG代谢时间长。
In this experiment, the conditions of natural culture were simulated and the residual and elimination rules of malachite green (MG) and its metabolite lentils malachite green (LMG) in muscle of Channa maculata × Channa argus♂ were studied the study. Residual amount of MG and LMG in hybrid muscle was continuously fluctuantly increased from (543.77 ± 22.14) μg / kg and (220.51 ± 7.93) μg / kg, respectively. MG showed a downward trend after 96 h, MG residue was below detection limit 0.5 μg / kg after 1 920 h. However, the residues of LMG in the range of 288-480 h remained at between (73.72 ± 4.85) and (70.33 ± 9.27) μg / kg, and the residues of LMG dropped sharply to (2.25 ± 0.25) μg / kg at 9202 h , To 5 040 h has been below the detection limit of 0.5μg / kg. The results showed that the remnant elimination period of MG and LMG was significantly longer than that of the water body and the LMG metabolism time was longer than that of MG.
