苏丹红对高血脂小鼠体内脂肪的影响

目的:考察苏丹红对高血脂小鼠体内脂肪的影响。方法:用高低两个剂量苏丹红水提液对高血脂模型小鼠灌胃,测量小鼠血清胆固醇、肝脏甘油三酯等含量及肝脏外观。结果:高低剂量苏丹红组小鼠的血清胆固醇显著升高,低剂量组小鼠肝脏甘油三酯含量显著升高、肝脂肪样变率显著降低,高剂量组小鼠肝脏甘油三酯含量无明显升高、肝脂肪样变率显著升高。结论:苏丹红能促进小鼠体内脂肪的吸收,但对小鼠体内脂肪的代谢呈现剂量相关的双向性。 Objective: To investigate the effect of Sudan Red on body fat in mice with hyperlipidemia. Methods: High- and low-dose Sudan red aqueous extracts were used to gavage the hyperlipidemia model mice. Serum cholesterol, liver triglyceride levels and liver appearance were measured. RESULTS: Serum cholesterol was significantly increased in mice with high and low doses of Sudan, while liver triglyceride levels were significantly increased and hepatic steatosis was significantly reduced in mice with low doses. No significant changes in liver triglyceride levels were observed in high-dose mice. Elevated, hepatic steatosis was significantly increased. Conclusion: Sudan Red can promote the absorption of body fat in mice, but it shows dose-related bidirectionality in the metabolism of body fat in mice.
