目的:探讨刺五加经猴头菌发酵后抗疲劳作用,为中药新药源开发提供理论依据。方法:昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为5组,分别为刺五加经猴头菌发酵后水提物低、中、高(1.625,3.25,6.5 g.kg-1)剂量组,空白对照组(生理盐水)及刺五加水提物对照组(3.25 g.kg-1)。连续ig给药30 d,小鼠ig量0.02 mL.g-1。以小鼠游泳时间、血乳酸清除率、血尿素氮(BUN)含量及肝糖原含量为指标考察中药刺五加经猴头菌发酵后抗疲劳作用。结果:刺五加经猴头菌发酵炮制后水提物中剂量组游泳时间为(130.46±10.91)min较空白对照组(48.35±5.36)min和刺五加水提物对照组(70.07±9.66)min显著延长(P<0.01);游泳后20 min血乳酸为(11.88±2.27)mmol.L-1(P<0.01),血乳酸清除率为37.88%;血尿素氮含量为(5.14±0.54)mmol.L-1(P<0.01);肝糖原含量为(0.49±0.11)mg.g-1(P<0.05);各项指标与空白组及相同剂量刺五加水提物对照组比较差异均具有统计学意义。结论:猴头菌发酵炮制中药刺五加具有抗疲劳作用。炮制后与刺五加原药材相比,抗疲劳作用显著增强。
Objective: To investigate the anti-fatigue effect of acanthopanax senticosus fermented by Hericium erinaceus and provide a theoretical basis for the development of new drug source of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: Forty Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups: low, medium and high (1.625, 3.25, 6.5 g.kg-1) water extract of Acanthopanax senticosus, Control group (saline) and Acanthopanax senticosus water control group (3.25 g.kg-1). Continuous ig administration for 30 d, the amount of mouse ig 0.02 mL.g-1. The mice swimming time, blood lactate clearance rate, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) content and liver glycogen content as an indicator to investigate the anti-fatigue effect of Acanthopanax senticosus fermented by Hericium erinaceus. Results: Compared with the control group (48.35 ± 5.36) min and the control group (70.07 ± 9.66), the water consumption of the acanthopanax senticosus fermented by Hericium erinaceus was (130.46 ± 10.91) min, (P <0.01). The blood lactate was (11.88 ± 2.27) mmol.L-1 (P <0.01) 20 min after swimming, the blood lactate clearance rate was 37.88% and the blood urea nitrogen content was (5.14 ± 0.54) (0.49 ± 0.11) mg.g-1 (P <0.05). Compared with the blank group and the same dose of Acanthopanax senticosus water extract control group, the difference was significant All have statistical significance. Conclusion: Hericium erinaceus fermentation processing Acanthopanax anti-fatigue effect. After processing and Acanthopanax herbs compared to anti-fatigue effect was significantly enhanced.
