在学习兄弟厂先进经验的基础上,我厂自制了镶硬质合金的成型铣刀,在X62W 铣床上采用高速铣削工艺,使铣传动轴花键轴的生产效率逐步提高到班产120件(每台铣床),最高可达140件,比一般用高速钢成型铣刀铣削效率提高三倍以上。铣刀结构如图所示。刀体由45号或40C_r 钢,刀片用YT15硬质合金,刀刃前角—14°,侧刃后角4~6°,刃边负倒棱0.1~0.15毫米,刀片用铜焊焊接在刀体上。为了消除由于焊接而形成的内应力,焊后要进行回火,加热到300℃,保温6小时。
