目的编制出适用于IT企业员工的工作应激量表。方法本研究以IT企业员工为研究对象,根据IT企业员工的特点,针对其工作过程中可能出现的工作应激问题,在文献研究、理论探讨、开放式问卷调查基础上,编制工作应激量表。结果将工作应激分为工作应激源、工作应激反应2个层次,形成2个分量表。结论2个分量表具有良好的信、效度。编制出的IT企业员工工作应激量表,可适用于IT企业员工工作应激发展情况的测查。
Objective To prepare a working stress scale for IT staff. Methods Based on the characteristics of IT enterprise employees and the possible work stress problems in the process of IT work, this study takes IT enterprise employees as the research object. Based on the literature research, theoretical discussion and open questionnaire survey, the work stress table. Results The work stress was divided into working stressors and stress responses at two levels to form two subscales. Conclusion The two subscales have good reliability and validity. Work out the stress scale of IT staff, which can be applied to the investigation of the development of stress in the work of IT staff.
