在大连钢厂锻钢分厂3号半连续推钢式锻造加热炉的节能技术改造中,通过综合采用各项节能技术措施,取得了显著的节能及经济效果。生产统计吨钢油耗由改造前的269.29kg下降到187.35kg。炉膛热效率由原来的12.15%提高到27.76%。所研制的插件金属管式换热器,在烟气温度500~600℃的情况下,可将空气预热到400~500℃。采用重油电加热器,油温稳定地控制在130~140℃,降低了油的粘度,提高了雾化质量。
In the energy-saving technological transformation of No. 3 semi-continuous push steel forging furnace in Dalian Steel Forging Steel Factory No. 3, significant energy-saving and economic effects have been achieved through comprehensively adopting various energy-saving technical measures. Production statistics tons of steel consumption from the pre-transformation 269.29kg down to 187.35kg. Furnace thermal efficiency increased from 12.15% to 27.76%. The developed plug-in metal tube heat exchanger, the flue gas temperature 500 ~ 600 ℃ in the case, the air can be preheated to 400 ~ 500 ℃. The use of heavy oil heater, the oil temperature is controlled at 130 ~ 140 ℃, reducing the viscosity of the oil and improve the atomization quality.
