From 1985 to 2001, 30 cases of gastric cancer over 70 years old were treated by gastrectomy in our hospital. Now treatment report is as follows. Clinical data: The group of 23 males and 7 females; aged 70 to 86 years old, flat 74.5 years old. Clinical manifestations of abdominal discomfort and pain in 22 cases, black stool in 11 cases, hematemesis, anorexia, weight loss in 23 cases, palpable abdominal mass in 3 cases. 10 cases of chronic bronchitis, obstructive pulmonary emphysema in 7 cases, 1 case of pulmonary heart disease, hypertension in 10 cases, arrhythmia in 6 cases, myocardial damage, ST-T changes in 23 cases, 6 cases of diabetes, water and electrolyte disorders in 6 cases .
