纤维原料直接影响滤纸的孔径、微米级过滤效率、孔隙率及纸机运行时湿纸幅的强度。对棉短绒浆、阔叶木浆及合成纤维配抄生产各种类型滤纸的可行性进行了研究。实验结果表明,棉短绒浆、阔叶木浆及合成纤维按不同配比配抄制备的6种滤纸的多项指标均超过或接近标准值,滤纸的过滤效率与标准值相当,个别指标低于标准值,但不影响其过滤性能。
Fiber raw materials directly affect the pore size of filter paper, micron-level filtration efficiency, porosity and the wet paper web strength when the machine is running. The feasibility of producing various types of filter paper for cotton linter pulp, hardwood pulp and synthetic fiber was studied. The experimental results show that a number of indexes of 6 kinds of filter papers prepared from different combinations of cotton linter pulp, hardwood pulp and synthetic fiber all exceed or close to the standard value. The filtering efficiency of filter paper is equivalent to the standard value, and the individual indexes are lower than Standard value, but does not affect its filtering performance.
