近年来,随着信息技术的飞速发展,新课改的不断深入,以及师生学习生活方式的多元化,中小学图书馆的发展已面临着瓶颈。中小学图书馆有必要改变以图书借阅为中心的管理服务模式,加快推进多元化建设,重塑其生存和发展的环境。在整合各种资源、强化中小学图书馆“信息港”功能的同时,还应坚持以中小学师生为中心,努力创造个性化的信息服务方式,积极构建多元化的宜读环境,积极开展丰富多彩的阅读活动,以适应学生探究性学习、自主学习的需要,并在图书阅读、图书馆利用、网络利用等方面加强指导和训练,不断培养学生的实践能力,以充分发挥中小学图书馆的应有功能。
