针对镁合金消失模铸造特点,选择云母粉、硅藻土、滑石粉作消失模涂料的耐火骨料,CMC及凹凸捧土作悬浮剂,硅溶胶及膨润土作复合粘结剂,水作载液,并添加阻燃剂,确定耐火骨料的颗粒级配。通过正交试验,选出涂料的最佳配方。通过性能测试与浇注试验,与外购消失模涂料对比,表明研制的涂料能有效避免浇注过程中镁合金燃烧,有利于镁合金消失模充型,避免浇不足、冷隔等缺陷,具有很大的应用价值。
