本文报告了重庆市市中区某校12－13岁中学生91人无龋双尖牙及磨牙共407只涂布点隙裂沟封闭剂七年后追踪观察46人246牙之结果。涂膜完整保留率为45.52％。上颌双尖牙保留率高于下颌双尖牙、上颌磨牙高于下颌磨牙。(?)涂膜保留率最高，(?)次之、(?)最低。结果符合国内外资料报告。龋病下降相对有效率为63.15％。实际有效率为36.36％。涂布封闭剂对预防龋病为一肯定的有效方法，值得临床推广应用。
In this paper, we report the results of tracing 246 teeth of 46 patients after cleavage of point-gap fissure sealants in 91 secondary non-carious bifid teeth and molars of 12-13-year-old middle school students from a school in downtown area of Chongqing Municipality. The complete retention rate of the coating is 45.52%. Maxillary bicuspid retention rate is higher than mandibular bicuspid, maxillary molar higher than mandibular molar. (?) The highest retention rate (?) Followed by (?). Results in line with domestic and international data reports. The relative effective rate of dental caries reduction was 63.15%. The actual effective rate is 36.36%. The application of sealant is an effective and effective method to prevent dental caries, which is worthy of clinical application.
