搅拌浸出试验是地浸开采最基本的研究工作之一。对试验中的搅拌、浸出时间、碱性浸出中的氧化剂、洗涤液、样品质量和粒度等因素进行分析与对比。结果表明:搅拌可以保证扩散速度;对于含易浸铀矿物和低酸耗矿物样品,其浸出时间为1~2d较合适,而含难浸铀矿物和慢酸耗矿物样品的浸出时间以3~4d为宜;碱性浸出时采用高锰酸钾作氧化剂比双氧水效果好;液计浸出率可用抽滤液单独计算,不用分析洗涤液铀浓度;样品研磨至1mm时,试验用质量在60g较合适。通过控制上述试验因素,可以提高不同岩性样品的适用性,提供更可靠的数据。
Mixing leaching test is one of the most basic research work in the groundwater extraction. The factors of agitation, leaching time, alkaline leaching of oxidant, washing liquid, sample quality and particle size were analyzed and compared. The results show that stirring can ensure the diffusion rate. For leachate-containing uranium minerals and low acid consumption samples, the leaching time is 1 ~ 2d, while the leaching time of the samples containing leaching uranium minerals and slowly acid- 4d is appropriate; alkaline leaching using potassium permanganate as oxidant better than hydrogen peroxide; liquid meter leaching rate can be calculated separately with suction filtrate, without analyzing the uranium concentration of washing liquid; sample grinding to 1mm, the quality of the test 60g more appropriate . By controlling the above experimental factors, it is possible to improve the suitability of different lithology samples and provide more reliable data.
