针对云南褐煤半焦的独特性能,试验用褐煤半焦替代冶金焦生产电石。研究了褐煤半焦粒度、活性、灰分等指标对生产电石的影响。研究表明:褐煤半焦入炉粒度<4mm的组分不应超过10%,半焦化学活性高对生产电石有利,但同时提高了还原剂灰分中有害物质的还原率,对生产电石不利,所以褐煤半焦用作生产电石的灰分不应大于7%。试验说明用褐煤半焦部分替代冶金焦生产电石是可行的,并有一定的节电降耗作用。
In view of the unique performance of Yunnan lignite semi-coke, the trial used lignite semi-coke instead of metallurgical coke to produce calcium carbide. The influence of coal coke semi-coke particle size, activity and ash on the production of calcium carbide was studied. The results show that the fraction of lignite semi-coke into the furnace particle size <4mm should not exceed 10%, high semi-coke chemical activity is beneficial to the production of calcium carbide, but also reduce the reduction rate of harmful substances in the reducing agent ash, which is disadvantageous to the production of calcium carbide Lignite semi-coke for the production of calcium carbide ash should not exceed 7%. Test shows that the partial replacement of lignite semi-coke metallurgical coke production is feasible, and a certain degree of energy saving effect.
