本文用γ射线法测量了66例(女性28例,男性38例)无牙颌患者的骨矿含量;用头影测量法测量了无牙颌患者的牙槽骨吸收程度,同时测量血钙、磷、镁、碱性磷酸酶。对骨矿含量,钙磷乘积、碱性磷酸酶、年龄,性别、戴全口义齿时间、缺失全口牙的主要原因、牙槽骨吸收程度等因素作了多元逐步回归分析和主成份分析。结果表明:1.牙槽骨吸收受多种因素的共同影响,全身因素的作用值得重视;2.牙槽骨吸收与骨质疏松有一定的关系;3.无牙颌患者的骨重建作用可能活跃;4.头影测量法仍是目前研究牙槽骨吸收量的好方法。
In this paper, the bone mineral content of 66 cases (28 female and 38 male) with edentulous jaws was measured by γ-ray method. The degree of alveolar bone absorption was measured by cephalometric method and the levels of serum calcium, Phosphorus, magnesium, alkaline phosphatase. Multiple stepwise regression analysis and principal component analysis were conducted on factors such as bone mineral content, calcium and phosphorus products, alkaline phosphatase, age, sex, wearing complete denture time, the main reason of missing complete mouth teeth, and the degree of alveolar bone absorption. The results show that: 1. alveolar bone resorption is influenced by many factors, and the role of systemic factors deserves attention; 2. there is a certain relationship between alveolar bone resorption and osteoporosis; 3. bone remodeling in edentulous patients may be Active; 4 cephalometric measurement is still a good way to study the amount of alveolar bone absorption.
