目的：建立蜚蠊毒饵连锁药效测试方法，证实威灭连锁杀蟑毒饵的“连锁药效”。方法：投饵法。结果：试虫取食该毒饵后，其主剂仅少量分解，并能以原形经粪便排出或残留于虫尸，致使取食粪便、虫尸的成、若虫再次中毒，形成连锁杀灭作用；若虫二次中毒的３天死亡率为８９．３７％，至第６天达１００％。结论：该毒饵连锁杀蟑效果较为理想；本文设计的新的连锁药效测试方法已通过专家评审，并被国家农药登记注册机构认可。 Objective: To establish a cockroach bait chain efficacy test method to confirm the “outbreak chain” cockroach bait “chain effect.” Method: feeding method.
