针对网络工程人才培养质量较低、难以满足企业要求的问题,研究了CDIO工程教育模式,建立了网络构建课程群CDIO能力大纲,设计了基于CDIO的网络构建课程群方案及“三型”项目式课程内容,提出了课程群课程CDIO课堂教学过程组织与考核方法。教学实践表明,该方案提高了网络构建工程人才培养质量,取得了较好的教学效果。 In order to solve the problems of low quality of network engineering personnel training and difficult to meet the requirements of enterprises, this paper studied the CDIO engineering education mode, established CDIO capability outline of network construction course group, designed CDIO-based network construction course group plan and Project-based curriculum content, proposed curriculum group course CDIO classroom teaching process organization and assessment methods. Teaching practice shows that the program has improved the quality of network construction engineering personnel training and achieved good teaching results.
