茚三酮和过氧化氢反应能产生微弱的荧光,微量铜(Ⅱ)的存在能大大增敏其荧光强度。基于此现象,建立了测定痕量铜(Ⅱ)的催化动力学新方法。该方法具有极高的灵敏度,检出限达7.4×10-12g/mL,线性范围为10-11~10-6g/mL,且选择性好,已成功地应用于人发和中药中痕量铜(Ⅱ)的测定。
