在煤矿生产中,轨道上山提升运输是矿井的主要动力之一,由于操作人员或轨道故障等情况常常会引起车辆掉道、甚至跑车事故。基于小波分析的机器视觉识别技术,通过摄影仪采集、分析矿车运行范围内环境状况,根据主控器发送的行程信号,控制器做出相应的控制动作,有效地预防了事故的发生。
