本试验以不同类型的油类配合不同的乳化剂配制成杀卵油乳剂,对苹果全爪螨越冬卵进行了室内和田间杀卵试验。结果表明,江苏靖江生物化工厂生产的机油乳剂稀释为5%含油量液,室内校正杀卵率为94.1%;7%者室内为97.2%,田间为92.3%。自配的4种油乳剂稀释为7%含油量液的校正杀卵率分别是:7%平平加低分子聚异丁烯乳剂室内为89.3%、田间为92.0%;7%润湿剂柴油乳剂室内为88.5%、田间91.9%;7%平平加柴油乳剂室内和田间均为90.3%;7%润湿剂低分子聚异丁稀乳剂室内为91.7%、田间91.2%。同时,以上几种油乳剂田间处理树上苹果金爪螨雌成螨数量消长调查结果表明:由于油乳剂处理压低了越冬卵基数,6月底之前可将苹果全爪螨单叶螨量控制在4头以下,与对照相比,可减少1~2次杀螨剂的使用。
In this experiment, different types of oils with different emulsifiers were formulated as oil-in-oil emulsions to test the overwintering eggs of apple mite in indoor and field. The results showed that the oil emulsion produced by Jingjiang Bio-chemical Plant in Jiangsu Province was diluted to 5% oil-containing liquid. The corrected egg-killing rate was 94.1% in indoor and 97.2% in 7% indoor and 92.3% in field. Self-formulated 4 kinds of oil emulsion diluted to 7% oil-containing liquid correction of oviposition rates were: 7% flat and low molecular polyisobutylene emulsion room was 89.3%, field was 92.0%; 7% wetting agent diesel emulsion room 88.5% in field and 91.9% in field respectively; 7% was flat and diesel oil was 90.3% in indoor and in field; 91.7% in low-molecular polyisobutyl emulsion with 7% wetting agent and 91.2% in field. At the same time, the results of population decline of female adult mites in apple oilfields in the field trials of oil emulsion showed that the quantity of single-mite spider mites in apple can be controlled at 4 Head below, compared with the control, can reduce 1 to 2 times the use of acaricides.
