本文就编制黑龙江流域规划中,遇到的航运、渔业和发电用水在时程分配上要求不同的矛盾,提出了一种梯级水库迳流调节的计算方法。 In this paper, different contradictions in the distribution of time-history of shipping, fishery and power generation encountered in the planning of Heilongjiang River Basin are proposed. A calculation method for the regulation of cascade flow in a cascade reservoir is proposed.
