阐述了桃江锰矿“七五”期间生产发展概况及“八五”发展规划。该矿的具体作法是:两眼向内,通过改革、挖潜、攻关提高了企业的活力和经济效益。1990年与1985年相比,锰矿石产量、电炉锰铁合金产量及利税总额分别增长了19.71%、83.4%和85.19%。“八五”期间规划再上一个台阶,到1995年将锰矿石产量提高到15万t,并开发一定数量的新产品。
The paper describes the general situation of production and development during the “Seventh Five-year Plan” period and the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” development plan of the Taojiang manganese mine. The mine’s specific approach is: two inward, through the reform, tapping the potential, research to improve the vitality and economic efficiency of enterprises. Compared with 1985, manganese ore output, ferromanganese alloy production and total profits and taxes increased by 19.71%, 83.4% and 85.19% respectively in 1990 and 1985. During the “Eighth Five-Year Plan”, the planning will go up to the next level. By 1995, the output of manganese ore will be raised to 150,000 tons and a certain amount of new products will be developed.
