为准确而迅速地找出误差主源,把工件丝杆上的表现误差(螺距误差)和工艺系统内的原始误差划分为两类形态不同的子系统:倾向性误差和波动性误差。当表现误差显示波动性误差过大时,必在工艺系统中有较大的波动性原始误差。文中介绍了表现误差特征的概括方法和原始误差的影响规律、检测方法的设计等问题,其中后者是用被加工工件作测量元件。由微机运用误差分离原理将表现误差和原始误差及其主源揭示出来。
In order to accurately and quickly find the main source of error, the performance error (pitch error) on the workpiece screw and the original error in the process system can be divided into two types of subsystems with different morphologies: the deviation error and the fluctuation error. When the performance error shows that the volatility error is too large, there must be greater volatility in the process system, the original error. In this paper, the summary method of the performance error characteristics and the influence law of the original error and the design of the detection method are introduced. The latter is to use the processed workpiece as the measuring component. By the use of computer error separation principle of performance error and the original error and its main source revealed.
