本文采用离体犬基底动脉实验。结果表明脱水长春胺乙酯能对抗5-HT和高钾所致基底动脉收缩,其对5-HT具二重拮抗作用,用Brink作图法求出pA_2为6.06,pD′_2为4.96。
In this paper, isolated canine basilar artery experiment. The results showed that vinblastine ethyl ester can antagonize the contraction of basilar artery induced by 5-HT and high potassium, which has a dual antagonistic effect on 5-HT. Using Brink plotting method, pA_2 was 6.06 and pD’_2 was 4.96.
