朱维究,女,1944年生,河北省人,现任国务院参事,中共中央纪律检查委员会、国家监察部特约监察员,中国老教授协会政法专业委员会主任。1966年毕业于中国政法大学(原北京政法学院)。1983年起历任中国政法大学讲师、教授、比较法研究所所长、《比较法研究》主编、中国政法大学研究生院宪法与行政法导师组组长、民政部社团复议委员会委员,中国警察管理研究会常务理事等教学、行政及社会职务;中国政法大学政治与公共管理学院院长、中国政法大学台湾法研究中心主任、研究生院教授、博士研究生导师、博士后流动站导师;兼任中国法学会行政法学研究会副会长、中国行政管理学会常务理事、全国人大法制工作委员会行政立法研究组成员、北京市人民代表大会常务委员会法制建设顾问;中国人民政治协商会议北京市委员会常务委员、中国国民党革命委员会中央委员、民革北京市委副主任委员等职。朱维究教授一直致力于行政法、行政诉讼法教学、公共管理与公法的比较研究及一国两制法律问题之研究。
Zhu Weizhi, female, born in 1944, a native of Hebei province, is currently a counselor of the State Council, a discipline inspection committee of the CPC Central Committee, a special overseer of the State Supervision Department, and a director of the Political and Legal Professional Committee of the Association of Chinese Old Professors. 1966 graduated from China University of Political Science and Law (formerly Beijing Institute of Politics and Law). Since 1983, he has served as lecturer and professor of China University of Political Science and Law, director of Institute of Comparative Law, chief editor of Comparative Law Studies, chief of constitutional and administrative law division of graduate school of China University of Political Science and Law, committee member of community review committee of Ministry of Civil Affairs, Will be executive director and other teaching, administrative and social positions; China University of Political Science and Political Science Dean, China University of Political Science and Law Taiwan Center for Law Research Center, Professor, PhD supervisor, doctoral mobile station instructor; concurrently Chinese Law Society Administrative Law Vice chairman of the Research Council, standing director of the China Institute of Administrative Sciences, member of the Administrative Legislation Research Group of the Legislative Affairs Commission of the NPC, and consultant of the legal system of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal People’s Congress; Standing Committee Member of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang Central Committee, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Revolutionary Committee and other staff. Professor Zhu Weichao has been devoted to the administrative law, the teaching of administrative procedure law, the comparative study of public administration and public law and the research on the legal issues of one country, two systems.
