本文观察分别用雷公藤治疗的３４例及用强的松治疗２０例紫癜性肾炎，结果显示雷公藤对紫癜性肾炎的疗效显著优于强的松组，而对肾病型两组差异不显著。
In this paper, we observed 34 cases treated with Tripterygium respectively and 20 cases treated with prednisone Purpura nephritis, the results showed that Tripterygium for purpura nephritis effect was significantly better than prednisone group, while the nephropathy was no significant difference between the two groups.
