As to the concept itself, the dignity she refers to contains four dimensions, all of which together form the basis for her understanding of competence and justice. With this concept as a starting point, Naussbaum constructs his own ability approach and tries his best to solve the problems left over by the traditional justice theory. However, this approach will not only lead to some problems and questions, but also failed to provide a strong theoretical support for their ability to approach.
