目的:观察血液透析联合血液灌流(HD+HP)治疗尿毒症神经系统损害的临床疗效。方法:将36例尿毒症患者随机分为联合组和对照组各18例,联合组使用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗,对照组采用血液透析(HD)治疗。观察2组甲状旁腺激素(PTH)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)指标变化及临床症状改善。结果:治疗后2组间比较,联合组在清除PTH、β2-MG中大分子毒素方面疗效显著,而对照组疗效不明显;联合组临床有效率高于对照组。结论:血液透析联合血液灌流能增加中大分子毒素的清除,有效治疗尿毒症神经系统损害。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion (HD + HP) on uremic nervous system damage. Methods: Thirty - six patients with uremia were randomly divided into the control group and the combination group. Eighteen patients in the combination group were treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion, while those in the control group were treated with hemodialysis (HD). The changes of parathyroid hormone (PTH) and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) in 2 groups and the improvement of clinical symptoms were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the combined group had a significant curative effect in removing macromolecular toxins from PTH and β2-MG, while the control group had no obvious curative effect. The clinical effective rate in the combined group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion can increase the clearance of toxins and effectively treat the nervous system damage of uremia.
