众所周知,随着矿粒粒径的减小,矿粒的表面积急剧增大,界面能也随之而增大,矿粒在介质中的重力与粘结力的比值变小。华中水利电力学院张瑞瑾教授研究表明,当粒径接近或小于10微米时,粘结力超过矿粒的重力而居主导地位。此时,矿粒的沉降变得十分困难,悬浮运动成为主要运动方式,这就给选矿溜槽选用何种松散方式带来种种困难。
As we all know, with the reduction of ore particle size, the surface area of the ore particles increases sharply, and the interface energy also increases. The ratio of the gravimetric and the cohesive force of mineral particles in the medium becomes smaller. Professor Zhang Ruijin of Huazhong Water Conservancy and Electric Power Institute has shown that when the particle size is close to or less than 10 microns, the cohesion exceeds the gravity of mineral particles and dominates. At this point, the settlement of the mineral particles becomes very difficult and the levitation movement becomes the main mode of movement, which poses difficulties for the loose mode of the ore dressing chute.
