目的:探讨在儿科开展优质护理服务的措施和成效。方法:2016年1~7月期间,温岭市第四人民医院300例儿科患者,根据随机数字法,将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(优质护理),每组各150例,比较两组护理质量评分及患者满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组护理质量评分明显增高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患儿和(或)患儿家属对护理服务满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:儿科应用优质护理服务后,明显提升护理服务质量及满意度。
Objective: To explore the measures and effectiveness of quality nursing services in pediatrics. Methods: From January to July of 2016, 300 pediatric patients in Wenling Fourth People’s Hospital were divided into control group (regular nursing) and observation group (high-quality nursing) according to random number method, 150 cases in each group, The quality of care scores and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the score of nursing quality in the observation group was significantly higher (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the satisfaction degree of the nursing service group in the observation group and the children was significantly improved (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Pediatric application of quality nursing services significantly improved the quality and satisfaction of nursing services.
