目的:探讨适用于运动员的无创性心肌灌注评价方法。方法:采用彩色多普勒超声心动图,对206名不同训练等级的现役运动员(运动员组)和218名普通中学生(对照组)进行心脏结构指标、功能指标及灌注指标的测定,并计算冠状静脉窦血流量、左室重量及左室重量指数。分别分析、比较对照组与运动员组以及不同级别运动员的心脏超声测量指标。结果:运动员组冠状静脉窦内径、振幅、速度时间积分和血流量均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),不同级别运动员间冠状静脉窦的速度时间积分和血流量亦不相同,由1级至无级别呈递减趋势。结果表明,超声心动图探测冠状静脉窦可作为评价运动员心肌灌注的一种无创性方法。
Objective: To explore the noninvasive myocardial perfusion evaluation method for athletes. Methods: The color Doppler echocardiography was used to measure the cardiac structure index, functional index and perfusion index of 206 athletes (athletes group) and 218 ordinary students (control group) with different training levels, and to calculate the coronary vein Sinus blood flow, left ventricular mass and left ventricular mass index. The echocardiographic parameters of the control group and the athletes group and athletes of different grades were analyzed and compared respectively. Results: The diameter, amplitude, velocity time integral and blood flow of coronary sinus in athletes were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The time-integral and blood flow of coronary sinus in different athletes were also different. No level showed a declining trend. The results show that echocardiographic detection of coronary sinus can be used as a noninvasive method to evaluate myocardial perfusion in athletes.
