为研究移栽期和打顶方式对‘红花大金元’烟叶品质的影响,分析比较了4月3日、4月7日、4月11日移栽,并分别采取现蕾打顶和盛花打顶的烟叶评价外观质量和感官质量。结果表明:对于上部叶和中部叶,栽期提前、现蕾打顶的处理在颜色、成熟度、叶片结构、色度方面表现更好,对于下部叶则影响不明显。移栽期提前,红花大金元烟叶的香型有由浓清型向清香型转变的趋势,在甜感方面均表现出由清甜带焦甜向清甜型转变的趋势,香气特征和口感特征更好,感官质量综合得分更高。与盛花打顶比较,现蕾打顶的烟叶香型和甜感分值更高、香气特征和口感特征更好,感官质量综合得分也更高。不同移栽期和打顶方式对各部位各处理烟叶的烟气特征无明显影响。结论:提早移栽、采取现蕾打顶可以使政和‘红花大金元’烟叶的外观质量整体有所提高,对于彰显‘红花大金元’烟叶的清香型风格、增强清甜感、改善烟叶香气特征和口感特征有着较明显的作用。
In order to study the effects of transplanting and topping methods on the quality of ’Honghua Daikin’ tobacco leaves, the transplanting on April 3, April 7 and April 11 were analyzed and compared, Tops of flue-cured tobacco evaluation of the appearance of the quality and sensory quality. Conclusion: The early appearance of transplanting and budding can make the appearance quality of government and ’Hongda Daikin’ tobacco leaves overall improve.
